We are not claiming to be unique but we think you are! What we don’t do is make your business fit our process or our template in a formulaic approach, an approach that many others choose to follow. Yes there are tried and tested methods which everyone can benefit from following but these should be for guidance, not a form filling exercise. Our approach will depend on the issues you wish to address and be responsive to those other issues which may lie just under the surface or arise once we start to fully understand your business.
Your success is our success and we won’t issue a report, pick up the cheque and walk away, leaving you to do all the hard work of implementation/execution. We want to work with you and be there every step of the way until we both agree that we’ve reached the goal we set ourselves, until we have truly achieved what we set out to do.
At Symbiotic Management we see ourselves as being part of your business, not outside it and not simply a service provider; we want to be seen as a trusted partner with a long term relationship. This may start out as requiring us to work with you full-time or part-time but will hopefully reduce down to something approaching a non-executive type relationship, where we catch up on an agreed regular basis to make sure bumps are ironed out and the defined strategy is still realistic and delivering for you and the business.
