Getting the agreement of all key stakeholders is the crucial first stage but a successful company will also benefit from allowing all of its employees to understand where the company is going and what their role is in ensuring it gets there.
Having all employees share the company vision will dramatically increase the chances of success. The vision can be used to help decision making at all levels by providing a key test – does the decision being taken move the company closer to the vision or further away?
